  • What are your session rates? Do you offer any packages or discounts?
    Our standard counseling sessions are competitively priced, and we offer a 20% discount when you prepay for five sessions. While we don't offer a sliding scale at this time, this package option makes couples therapy and marriage help more affordable.
  • How long is each session?
    Each counseling session lasts 50 minutes, giving you and your partner dedicated time to work through relationship challenges in a focused, confidential setting.
  • Do you offer virtual or in-person counseling?
    We currently offer virtual-only counseling sessions, making it easy and convenient for clients throughout Dallas and surrounding areas to get help wherever they are.
  • Do you have male and female counselors available?
    At this time, sessions are led by a licensed professional counselor (LPC). We are actively expanding our practice and plan to bring on LPC Associates, including both male and female therapists, to serve more couples and individuals.
  • What is your availability for new clients?
    We're able to schedule new clients quickly—often as soon as your electronic intake paperwork is complete. This means you could begin relationship counseling in Dallas as early as this week.
  • Do you accept insurance, or is this private pay only?
    We do accept insurance, but only for individual counseling sessions. Couples therapy and marriage counseling are currently private pay services.
  • What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
    We understand that life happens. To avoid a late cancellation fee, please cancel or reschedule at least 24–48 hours in advance.
